Hi technicians,

My daughter offered me a new pc. She said me it's the brand new pc on the market.
ButI have lot of problems with it. It takes a long time to start the pc and the operating system is Windows XP.
How can I upgraded my pc from Windows XP to Windows 10 ?

I think you have been scamed. You can try to sell this PC as your sister does an buy a brand new one.
