My css doesn't work

When I change my css file I don't see any changes on my page

Clear your cache

Open your chrome of firefox dev tools, right click on the refresh arrow at left of your adress bar and click "Clear the cache and perform a forced refresh"

You can get Clear Cache on Chrome's extension store and delete your cache with just one click sir
